Who is Jia Jia?
Jia is a dedicated leader passionate about developing talent and empowering individuals through coaching. Since earning her Certified Coach Federation (CCF) certification in 2015, Jia has actively applied her coaching skills to support clients and team members, consistently achieving tangible results.

Jia's personal journey has been one of overcoming significant trauma and adversity, with each challenge fostering greater strength and resilience. As a woman of colour, a newcomer to Canada, a working mother of two, and a dedicated leader in her community, her multifaceted identity enriches her perspective.
Drawing from these deeply personal experiences and her expanded worldview, Jia skillfully guides clients to move beyond pain and struggle, empowering them to define and achieve their unique vision of success in life and career.
